Pj, the owner of Taj Palace, always enjoyed cooking.  With talent and constant practice, he came to find he could create tasteful Indian dishes.  To let others enjoy his cooking, he decided to open up a restaurant alongside his wife.  Taj Palace allowed him to continue doing what he is passionate about while expanding his skills and cuisine.  Seeing others appreciate his cooking is what drives PJ’s passion for his restaurant.

Dine-In and catering are a primary focus of Taj Palace.  Catering Indian cuisine has taken them as far as Joplin, Missouri, for catering events and has fed as many as 600 guests.
